Sanjay Bagati, founder of San, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi, began his journey in the hearing industry in 1995 with a heartfelt mission to empower individuals through better hearing. As a manufacturer of hearing devices, Pinnacle Brand, he laid the groundwork for his extensive career in the healthcare industry. With 35 years of experience, he has taken on various roles—including entrepreneur and Managing Director for several multinational hearing aid manufacturers, namely Phonak India Pvt. Ltd.—each position is fueled by his passion for enhancing lives and advancing hearing health technology.

Dr. Nirmal S. Bagati (PhD), co-founder of San, entered the hearing industry in 2000, bringing over 25 years of diverse experience. Her work spans production, distribution, software development, servicing of hearing products, all driven by commitment to innovation and quality that transforms the hearing experience. She was the Jt. Managing Director of the multinational company, Phonak India Pvt. Ltd. besides the co-founder of Pinnacle Brand hearing aids and diagnostic equipment’s. Her wealth of knowledge and unwavering dedication have inspired countless professionals and enriched the field.
